The Cathedral’s International Cooking Classes usually fall on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:15 pm from May through November in the Fleming Center.
We explore making cuisine from countries around the globe as well as the science behind foods and plenty of cooking tips to make your time in the kitchen as efficient and produce time as possible. People sometimes shy away from international cuisines but with a few purchased items to enhance things you probably already have in your pantry and refrigerator, you can create some amazing foods!
We’ll create, cook and then eat an entire menu of food from countries such as Italy, Spain, France, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, and more to name just a small selection.
Our International Cooking Classes are $25 each OR purchase a six-pack in advance and get the seventh class free!
