The first Cathedral Blood Drive in 2015 will be Sunday, April 12, from 9:15—1:15 in the Fleming Center. Signing up is simple and can be done online or by phone. For online sign-up go to www.redcrossblood.org, click on "account login" and log in as a "donor." Enter the sponsor code "cathedral019" and schedule your preferred time to donate. If you are 17 (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 lbs. and are in good general health, you may be eligible to donate.
There is an urgent need for blood and platelet donations. With the severe winter weather this year donations are down. Consider being a Cathedral Donor.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS TOOTSIE ROLL SALE
The Knights of Columbus will be distributing Tootsie Rolls and accepting donations for their MR Drive (benefits the mentally challenged) after all the Masses on the April 12 weekend. Please give the Knights your usual generous support in this vital cause.

CRS Rice Bowl: Hungering for Seeds of Home

CRS Rice Bowl asks us to prayerfully enter into our own communities to find those who are hungry and thirsty, those who need our help. DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY: APRIL 12TH
The Divine Mercy Celebration will be held here at the Cathedral on Sunday, April 12 at 3:00 p.m. Divine Mercy Sunday was established in the year 2000 by Saint Pope John Paul II. It is a very special Sunday when ponder how Jesus opened the Floodgates of Mercy. Jesus offers forgiveness of all sin and on this weekend the lifting of punishment to any soul who goes to Confession and receives Him in Holy Communion.
Everyone is invited to attend this special ceremony! A reception in the Fleming Center will follow the ceremony.

Camp Marymount is a summer camp for children owned and operated by the Diocese of Nashville. Marymount is also pleased to be the home of Grandma's Family Camp so families can enjoy the Marymount experience together!

The Children's Liturgy of the Word in need of Liturgy leaders and aides at the 11:00 Mass. Once Sunday a month is all that is requested. Parents and/or grandparents of those children whom already are participating are welcome to volunteer. A background check is a requirement for anyone working with children. LADIES OF CHARITY SPRING CONSIGNMENT
It's that time of year! Put away the wool coats and mittens and head over to the Ladies of Charity Consignment Shop for our Spring Consignment Sale. Opening Day is Friday, March 27th. There is a plethora of spring / summer clothing and accessories. CATHOLIC CHARITIES ADULT DAY PROGRAM
Catholic Charities Adult Day Program opened in 1983 and is a licensed, quality daytime care for seniors that takes place in a supervised and caring setting. The Adult Day Program offers a variety of activities (from music to exercise) and opportunities for socializing within a consistent, structured environment. This program operates five days a week, Monday-Friday from 7:00 to 5:00. Fees are determined on a sliding scale. A hot meal and snacks are provided.
